By purchasing from our website you agree that you are buying the products for reselling purposes and not as a consumer. Our products are bulk products and are always different as in the Vintage and Second Hand sector, each piece is unique. Hence, sizes, colors, models are always varying. Therefore, our products are not meant to be sold to consumers. By purchasing from our company you agree on our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy as a reseller.

To be eligible for a refund, your item/order must be in the same condition that you received it, you must not switch items and we must receive back all the items we send you. You have 14 days to return the item/order that you purchased if you do not like the items you received or simply because you changed your mind. If you ship the item/order 14 days after you received it, you will not be eligible for a refund. You are also responsible for return shipping costs and if you paid shipping to us for your order, those funds will not be refunded as we spent them on the shipping of the products to your address. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@vintagewholesaleeurope.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you find items that defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong items, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please have in mind that our sacks/bundles/bales may have a 10% of grade B items due to human checking mistakes that may occur when sorting the products. If you receive a sack/bundle/bale that contains more than 10% of grade B items you may be eligible for a refund otherwise you will not. Sale orders may contain up to an extra 10% of grade B to the already promised grade B percentage written in the product description. Sale orders include Black Friday, Easter Sale, End of Winter, Summer Sale, End of Winter Sale and the Sunday's Deals Event.


Exceptions/non-returnable items
Certain types of items/orders cannot be returned, like sale items, physical and video handpicks, personalised orders, orders where the washing of the clothes is involved, grade b/c items, mixed grades items, and bulk deals. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item/order. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take a few business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping
We reserve the right to use shipping partners of our choice and impose our shipping costs. Some countries may impose import duties and taxes, it may differ country for country therefore we do not take any responsibilities in covering these costs and they are not included in the original shipping costs. These extra charges are to be paid fully by You (the buyer). If you return any of our Bundles/Kilo Deals we will detract 25€ per box that we shipped out to you as we calculate that cost for the shipping, boxes, tape, and labour costs. This means that if you reach the 500€ but you send your order back, our free shipping service does not apply anymore as you returned your order. You are also responsible for return shipping costs and if you paid shipping to us for your order, those funds will not be refunded as we spent them on the shipping of the products to your address.
