Summer Sale Competition Terms & Conditions

1.Eligibility:
 
The promotion is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
 
2. Competition Period:
 
The competition begins on 22/05/2024 at 6PM CET and ends as soon as the first 10 orders of at least 500 euros have been placed.
 
3. How to Participate:
 
To qualify, participants must place an online order through our official website, spending a minimum of 500 euros.
The promotion is limited to the first 10 individuals who meet the spending criteria.
Participants must complete their purchase and payment during the promotion period to be eligible, which is from 6PM (CET) on the 22/05/2024.
 
4. Prize Allocation:
 
The first person to place an eligible order will receive 1x Carhartt Detroit Jacket in washed dark grey, the second person will receive 1x Carhartt Detroit Jacket in caramel, the third person will receive 1x Carhartt Detroit Jacket in light taupe, the fourth person will win a 50kg Second Hand Mix, the fifth person will receive a 50kg Y2K Mix, the sixth person will win a 25kg Branded Mix, the seventh person will win a 20x Masterpiece Bundle, the eight person will win a 10x Kick-off Bundle, the ninth person will win 10x Branded Track Jackets, and the tenth person will win 10x Branded Track Pants.
The allocation of prizes is based on the chronological order of eligible orders received during the promotion period.
 
5. Item Reveal:
 
The 10 prizes for the competition will be revealed via email and on our official Instagram account (@vintagewholesaleeu) prior to the promotion start date.
 
 
6. Prize Claim:
 
Winners will be notified through the contact information provided during the purchase and the won prize will be shared. 
 
7. Prize Delivery:

Prizes will be shipped to the winners at the address provided during the confirmation process together with the products purchased. 
Winners are responsible for any customs duties or taxes associated with the receipt of the prize.
 
 
8. General Conditions:
 
The organizers reserve the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
Vao Papen GmbH is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or for any technical malfunctions, errors, or delays that may occur during the promotion. The three Carhartt Detroit jackets are workwear items and may have flaws like stains, holes or other defects.
 
9. Privacy:
 
Participant information collected during the promotion will be used solely for the purpose of the promotion and will not be shared with third parties.
By participating, participants agree to receive communications from Vao Papen GmbH, including promotional emails. Participants can opt-out at any time.
 
10. Governing Law:
 
By participating in the “Summer Sale Competition" participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
