Are there import duties if I order from a country based in the European Union? (e.g. Germany, France, Netherlands etc)

The answer is no, there are no import duties if you are based in the EU. We are based in Austria which is in the European Union and there are no import duties or extra fees when ordering goods from countries inside the EU. If you are based in the UK, Switzerland or Norway you will have to pay some import duties and the VAT of your country. This should not be a problem for you as you will pay VAT only once.

 

How long does the shipping take?

We have strong partnerships with some of the best logistic companies, so shipping times are very fast. It varies for each country, but once your order is shipped it can take from 2-7 business days if you’re based in Europe. For example, shipping to Germany takes around 2 days and to Portugal around 7.

 

If I don’t like the products I get, can I return my order and get a refund?

Yes, for most orders you can return the products. Carefully read our Refund Policy to find out more specific details about Returns.

 

I am based in the UK, do I have to purchase for at least 135£?

Yes, any order from the UK of less than 135£, not including shipping, will be shipped back to us. So if you are based in the UK make sure that your order has a value of 135£ excluding shipping costs. Thank you in advance.

 

Do you ship internationally?

For the moment we only ship to countries in Europe from our website. We can ship internationally but we suggest ordering larger amounts so that we can organize your order on an Europallet which will be more convenient for you. Where can I track my order?

Once we ship your order, you will automatically receive an e-mail where you can track your order. If you have not received an e-mail with your tracking number, it means that we have not shipped your order yet.

 

Is the stock Grade A?

Yes, the stock found inside our boxes is Grade A. We promise up to 10% of Grade B due to human mistakes when packing your orders. Some boxes have up to 30% of Grade B as the products found inside those particular boxes are workwear products. To know exactly the quality of our boxes, read the product description carefully. For example, all orders during Sales will have up to an additional 10% of Grade B as we receive hundreds of orders all at once and we might oversee smaller flaws.

 

Where do you get your stock from?

We source the best vintage and second hand stock from all over the world. We work with tens of suppliers that have worked in this sector for decades.
